WHAT THE HELL IS A ‘KOPSTOOTJE’?
The Kopstoot is a nickname for a beer and a shot of Juniper on the side. This combination is an centuries old tradition in the Dutch drinking culture. We have a few variations for you!
1.THE CLASSIC “KOPSTOOT”
Enjoy a small glass of JAJEM next to your beer.
2. THE “KOPSTOOT” FOR THE BEGINNERS
A small glass of white beer with the JAJEM Flower shot on the side, a shot with added 1/3 elderflower liqueur.
3. THE “KOPSTOOT” FOR THE MORE ADVANCED DRINKERS
Pour the shot of JAJEM in to your beer and drink it at once!

- RED LIGHT MULE:
– 45 ml JAJEM-120 ml ginger beer– 1/2 lime– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
AMSTERDAMNED NEGRONI:– 30 ml Campari– 30 ml JAJEM– 30 ml Vermouth (Willems Wermoed)– Orange cest
JT! JAJEM TONIC:– 35 ml JAJEM– 100 ml Fevertree Elderflower Tonic– lemongrass– lemon wedges
JAJEM SCROPPINO:– 125 ml lemon sorbet– 75 ml prosecco– 12,5 ml JAJEM
DAISY J:– 35 ml JAJEM– 100 ml lemon juice– 1/2 teaspoon Orgeat Syrup– 1 teaspoon Luxardo Maraschino
